The app helps you manage your vitals, nutrition, medication and much more. You can choose to share your data with family and caregivers through the VitalCare Family Connect app.

Through Bluetooth paired devices track heart rate, respiration rate, breath rate, SP02, glucose, and much more.

Nutrition:
Quickly and easily log meals and track nutritional information. Set goals and share diet plans with family and caregivers.

Medication:
An easy-to-use and reliable module that helps you remember to take your medications at the right time.

Customizable alerts:
Set thresholds for vital signs, activity, and nutrition. Family and care teams can be notified when an alert is triggered.

Integrations:
Works with Apple HealthKit to gather health data from Apple Watch. Heart rate, respiration rate, calorie count, and step count are displayed and recorded on the app to share with family or care teams.

Note: Continued use of location-based services is required for you to share your data with family and caregivers. Make sure location services are turned on. Access to your microphone and camera are also required to use the video module in the app.
